1. Booking & Confirmation

Your booking is a request until we confirm it. Once confirmed via WhatsApp, you will receive your booking reference and trip details.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted per vehicle (not per person). The price shown at the time of booking is final and guaranteed. Larger groups may carry a fixed surcharge.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made later than this may not be refundable.

4. Flight Delays

We monitor flight arrivals. In case of delays, your driver will wait at no extra charge. Please provide your flight number during booking.

5. Luggage

Each vehicle has a stated luggage capacity. Please inform us of excess luggage in advance so a suitable vehicle can be arranged.

6. Liability

G&G Antalya VIP Transfer operates with licensed, insured vehicles and drivers. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, force majeure).

7. Payments

Payment is made either in cash to the driver on arrival, or by card-to-card transfer arranged with you over WhatsApp once your transfer is confirmed. We do not process or store card details on this website.
